Get FedEx API Credentials (compatible solution)

Register for a FedEx shipper account if you do not already have one. Otherwise, login to get your FedEx online account.
Login Fedex, add a new account number if you don't have one.

Go to Postmen to connect your FedEx shipper account with shipping address. If you do not know your FedEx Shipping Address: Log in to your FedEx account. Click your profile icon and choose My Profile. The FedEx Shipping Address is under Contact Information.
Go through FedEx End-User License Agreement, click the checkbox to agree

Get DHL Developer Credentials

First, you will need to register on DHL Express XML Developer Portal
When registering please make sure to indicate that you are using AfterShip in the field titled, “Describe the application and business process where XML Services will be used.”
DHL will provide DHL XML- PI toolkit (Developer guide), and API credentials for both Sandbox and Production environment: Site ID and Password.
It takes around 24 hours for the API credentials to be activated.

Show account on invoice: The possible values for this field are - YES or NO. If not specified, it will be set as NO by default. If this field is set as YES, the WayBill DOC will display payer's details.

Steps to setup Zebra thermal label printer on Mac

Connect your thermal printer via USB
Click Apple Menu () in the top left corner of your computer screen > System Preferences > Printers & Scanners
Click the + button under the Printers window > click Add Printer or Scanner
Select DYMO LabelWriter 4XL
Mac should automatically pick "DYMO LabelWriter 4XL" software under Use > click Ok.

What is carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout?

When customers checkout at your Shopify store, the shipping rate is calculated based on the weight, size and destination address. Customers will be displayed with the available service types and corresponding shipping rates.

By offering real-time carrier-calculated shipping rates, it transfers the shipping costs to customers to avoid losses on shipping heavy or international items. At the same time, customers can have flexibility to choose a shipping method that fits their needs (e.g. pay more for faster shipping)

If you've negotiated a reduced shipping rate with FedEx or UPS, then you can display your reduced rates at checkout.

Can I enable this in-built Shopify feature?

If your store's eligible for Shopify Shipping, then carrier-calculated shipping using USPS or Canada Post is set up by default in your Shopify admin.
If your store's on the Advanced Shopify plan or higher, then you can offer carrier-calculated shipping rates from FedEx and UPS.

Get UPS Developer Credentials

Get your UPS shipper account number from UPS local sales team.
Input your account number and shipper address in Postmen, make sure the address is exactly the same as your address in the UPS system.
In the UPS Account Authentication section, input your recent invoice info in Postmen so that UPS can verify the account number and invoice info to grant Postmen permission printing label for your UPS account.

| UPS account number and address doesn’t support to update after creation. It’s because of when setup the account, UPS must verify the account details including account number, address, phone, email should match the info in UPS system. If you have updated account info in UPS, please re-connect your UPS account with us.
