Some carriers require account update

We continuously update our system in line with the updates of carriers system. According to the carrier system update, they may require you to obtain the new API credentials and update in AfterShip Shipping the same.


Below message showing on carrier account page means you need to update your carrier account.



What do you need to do


Check your carrier account list for the account needs update. Make sure you have obtained the new API credentials from the carrier, simply click "Update" button.



Update carrier account page will show up. Follow the guide for each carrier to update your carrier account and click "Submit" button.
