How to solve

You will need to confirm the correct credentials with the carrier.
If the credentials are incorrect, after getting the correct credentials, edit the courier account and fill in the correct credentials again.

What it means

shipper account balance is not enough.

How to solve

Contact your account manager to confirm account balance and add money.
