The recipient's address is incorrect of your shipment.
In general, our response will include the suggestion address, such as data.shipment.ship_to.address is invalid, the correct address might be 133 MAIN STREET, METHVEN ... ... Please update your ship_to address and try again, you can use the suggestion address to retry.
If you're uncertain about the validity of the address, you can use a service like https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm to verify its correctness.
For the admin UI
Correct the Recipient address information of the order.

For the API
Correct the shipment.ship_to address information of the payload.

Your USPS visible account has been closed at Maersk USPS side.
Please contact our support and provide your carrier account id. Our support team will check with Maersk team.
It's because of your credit card is rejected at our courier vendor side, we need to confirm below credit card and billing address details so that we can reach out our vendor to approve his credit card. It may take 1~2 business days.
